Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SocialRoute you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SocialRoute lets you plan social media content, generate captions with AI, collect client approval, and publish to social accounts you connect.

We improve and change the product over time. We may add, alter or withdraw features, and we will avoid removing something you depend on without notice.

When you open an account you agree that:

• the details you give us are accurate;
• you will keep your password confidential and are responsible for activity under your account;
• you will tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised;
• you are at least 16 years old.

Our commercial terms are:

• The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits and a lifetime cap of 20 published posts.
• Paid plans include a larger monthly credit allowance and unlimited publishing.
• Monthly credits reset at each billing period and do not roll over. Credit packs you buy separately are not cleared by that reset.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods except where the law requires it.

If a payment fails we may suspend paid features until it is settled.

You keep ownership of everything you create or upload. You grant us only the licence we need to store it, display it back to you and to people you share it with, and publish it to the accounts you connect.

You are responsible for holding the rights to what you publish, including images and any third-party material.

When you connect an account you confirm that:

• you own it or are authorised to manage and publish to it;
• you will follow each network's own terms and policies;
• you understand that the networks control their own APIs, and that changes, outages or restrictions on their side can prevent publishing.

AI output is a draft. It can be inaccurate, generic, or wrong about your business. Review everything before it goes out.

You remain responsible for what is published from your account, whether you wrote it or generated it.

You agree not to use SocialRoute to:

• publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content;
• send spam or run coordinated inauthentic activity;
• distribute malware, or attack, probe or overload the service;
• reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service without our permission;
• circumvent credit limits, plan limits or access controls.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Scheduled publishing depends on third-party APIs we do not control. We retry failed attempts and report the outcome to you, but we cannot guarantee that a given post will be delivered.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that goes unpaid, or where we are required to by law.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

SocialRoute is operated by LAZAARWORKS LLC, registered in the State of Nevada, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes not covered by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.
